Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
You can return any Wethlete product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Return
To start a return, reach out to us at wethletesocks@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure your return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your RA number.
Return Costs & Fees

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing and restocking costs. This fee may be waived if the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Customs: Please note that delays due to customs clearance are out of our control and are not a valid reason for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong color/size, please contact us within the return window. We will cover the return shipping costs and process a replacement or refund, according to your preference.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be securely packaged and in original condition. We offer exchanges for items of equal value, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Bundle Orders
For bundle orders, all returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for items purchased as part of a bundle.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, items must remain unused and unwashed. We cannot process returns for worn or damaged items unless they were received in that condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank’s schedule.
